We create floral arrangements with passion and take care to ensure they are delivered fresh, beautiful, and on time. Below you will find the most important information regarding delivery and payments.
1. Flower Delivery – Szczecin
Delivery area:
We provide deliveries exclusively within the city of Szczecin.
Thanks to local delivery, we have full control over the quality and punctuality of our services.
Delivery method:
Orders are delivered using our own transport or via a trusted local courier experienced in handling and transporting flowers.
Delivery cost:
The delivery price depends on the delivery location within Szczecin and is displayed before order confirmation.
For selected districts, free delivery may be available – details will be shown during the checkout process.
Order fulfillment time:
Orders are typically fulfilled on the next business day.
Exceptions:
On days with exceptionally high order volume, such as February 14 (Valentine’s Day) and March 8 (Women’s Day), individual fulfillment rules apply. These are always clearly indicated during the ordering process.
On public holidays, order fulfillment may be unavailable.
Delivery notification:
Once your bouquet has been prepared, you will receive an email or SMS notification informing you that your order is out for delivery.

5. Order Confirmation and Invoice
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.
An invoice is issued automatically after the order has been completed.
If you require an invoice for a company with an active EU VAT number, please include this information in the order comments.
